How to make a Chocolate and Banana Shake with High Protein for Simpler Weight Loss

Chocolate and bananas, believe it or not, make an excellent pairing. They not only make your protein shake very healthy, but they also offer a terrific flavour.
In a blender,
Combine 10 almonds,
1/2 Cup yoghurt,
3/4 Cup milk,
1/4 Cup cooked quinoa,
1/2 Teaspoon cinnamon,
1X Banana chopped into bits,
1X Tablespoon chocolate powder to make this delightful drink.
Quinoa is a fantastic source of plant-based complete protein since it includes all of the essential amino acids. You may even substitute amaranth seeds for the quinoa.
