At Slender Living, we take great care in packaging and delivering your order. However, if your product arrives damaged due to courier or delivery handling, we are happy to assist you with a return or exchange.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The return request is made within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • The product was damaged during courier or delivery — not due to customer handling.
  • The product is unopened and in its original, sealed packaging.
  • Proof of the damage (such as a photo) may be requested.

We do not accept returns for products that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery.

How to Request a Return

Please include your order number, a description of the damage, and photos where possible. Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days.

Return Shipping

Slender Living will cover the cost of return shipping for all approved damage claims. We will arrange collection from your delivery address at no cost to you.

Exchanges

All approved returns are resolved by way of product exchange only. We will send you a replacement of the same product once the returned item has been received and inspected. Cash refunds are not offered.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products that have been opened or used.
  • Products damaged due to customer handling after delivery.
  • Return requests made after the 7-day window.
