I became a new person and learned to love my body after losing a whopping 40 kg.
When you are overweight life is not exactly smooth. From battling inner demons, feeling self-confidence, and almost zero self-esteem, even started to affect my marriage, because I had no confidence. When we met, I was 45kg – after 2 kids and having lots of hormone problems and 104kg.
In 2018 my Husband was diagnosed with Diabetics on his birthday. I had to make healthier choices for my family. We started to live a healthier lifestyle by cutting starches and sugar. I started using Gummy Berry Juice in 2019. Surely but slowly, I shacked off the kg and cm.
It took me 12 months to be where I am. I did not diet, and I surely did not gym. Firstly, for a working mother and wife, there is no “me” time. In my free time, I would rather spend it with my husband and kids.
