I have suffered from anxiety and insomnia for many years and I recently stopped taking my sleeping meds. When the CBD OIL launched, I knew I should give it a try. So here is my feedback

Day1

I put 3 drops under my tongue at bedtime. I didn’t really feel any different the next day

Day 2

I realized I was supposed to take it 2 hours before bedtime. I also decided to take the full 5 drops under my tongue. Oh my word I slept right through the night.

Day3

I again took the 5 drops under my tongue, I slept through the whole night. Woke up feeling refreshed and much much calmer. I didn’t feel anxious for most of the day. I could definitely feel the difference

Day4

Wow what a great night’s rest. I even had a pleasant dream and just feel great when I woke up. I have absolutely no anxiety and I feel calmer.

I have noticed as the days have gone by that the effects are getting better each day. It’s only been 4 days and I feel good
