Sleek & Satisfying Protein-Packed Apple Delight Bars!

INGREDIENTS:

2 apples, finely grated 🍏
1 cup Almond Milk or fat-free milk 🥛
4 Egg Whites 🥚
1 tsp Vanilla Extract 🌿
2.5 cups Oats (approximately 200g) 🌾
3 scoops Protein Powder 💪
2 tsp Baking Powder 🎂
1 tsp Ground Cinnamon 🍂
A pinch of Salt 🧂
INSTRUCTIONS:

Preheat the oven to 175°C or 350°F. Grease and line a baking dish or loaf pan with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, mix finely grated apples, almond milk, egg whites, and vanilla.

In a separate bowl, combine oats, protein powder, baking powder, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt.

Mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients, whisking gently until well combined.

Pour the mixture into the prepared dish, using a spoon or spatula to spread it evenly.

Bake for 25 minutes or until the center is firm and set.

Allow it to cool for 10-15 minutes before removing it from the pan.

Once fully cooled, slice it into 10 bars for a satisfying snack.
