  • 1 medium or half of a large bell pepper, sliced into thin strips (julienned)
  • 8 radishes, sliced into thin strips (julienned)
  • 1–2 celery stalks, thinly sliced
  • 1 apple, cut into thin strips (julienned)
  • Fresh herbs (green onions, dill, parsley), finely chopped
  • 4–5 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sugar (optional; alternatively, use honey)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

  1. Vegetable Preparation:
    • Finely slice the cabbage.
    • Grate the carrot.
    • Slice the cucumbers, bell pepper, and radishes into thin strips.
    • Thinly slice the celery.
    • If preparing in advance, cut the apple right before serving or soak the apple slices in water with lemon juice.
  2. Combining Ingredients:
    • Mix all the vegetables until evenly combined.
    • Season with salt, pepper, and sugar (if desired).
  3. Herbs, Oil, and Vinegar:
    • Add the minced fresh herbs, olive oil, and apple cider vinegar.
    • Thoroughly mix to combine.
