Here’s what you’ll need:

  • 2 cups of Cauliflower Rice (cauliflower blended in a blender)
  • 1/4 cup of Tomato Puree
  • 2 tablespoons of Crede olive or coconut oil
  • 1 ½ teaspoons of Garlic Powder
  • 3 teaspoons of Onion Flakes
  • ½ teaspoon of Pepper
  • ½ teaspoon of Salt
  • 2 teaspoons of Cilantro, finely chopped

Instructions:

Embark on a culinary escapade by placing a large frying pan over medium-low heat. Add the oil, garlic powder, and onion flakes, and gently sauté for 3 minutes.

Add the cauliflower rice, season with a pinch of salt and pepper, and sauté for 3 minutes, until the cauliflower is beginning to soften.
